I got the Wendy's job! lol, I'll be able to start paying off my debts! They called on Wednesday, and said that I can come in for orientation on Sunday from 2 - 5. Kayci and Matt will be working then, so it looks like I might get shifts around the time they do, and Kayci will probably train me, because they hinted at that in the interview. So, I'm just very happy I finally got a job, and my mom is off my case.

In other news, we had a fire drill today, but it wasn't actually a fire drill. The science teacher set the smoke alarm off when he threw chemicals in the air and lit them on fire, and there were all these flames, apparently. Too bad the school didn't get burned a bit....it would have been funny to see the school on fire because a teacher had started it.

Woot! Happy Easter! It's been a pretty good day so far....my parents made me go on an Easter egg hunt when we got up, but I didn't really mind, it's free candy, who's gonna complain? Then we went to church and got to decorate cookies there. Tonight we're gonna be eating turkey, and that's about all we're doing, I believe.

Anyway, so speaking of Easter, I finally saw The Passion of the Christ. It was kind of an accident too, I've been asking my mom to rent it since it came out, but she didn't want to watch it. Then we went to the library yesterday, and it was there, despite the fact that I thought being Easter and all, everyone would've wanted it. So I grabbed it, and my mom agreed to watch it with me last night. It was good, but the ending was disappointing. I am Christian, and the ending was just so...well I dunno. I did think the brutal violence and gore in it was neccessary, because that is what it would've been like, and people need to know that. But that was what the movie pretty much was, just that part dealing with hate. There really was no part where people could see the joy and happiness. The ending was just Jesus waking up in his tomb, and then leaving. I really wished there could have been maybe five or ten minutes more.

So, yesterday Erica and I went to see Scary Movie 4. lol, it was so funny....Kayci, you should have come! lol....it's not the greatest movie out there, but it was entertaining...I loved the Tom Cruise spoof. But this movie was probably more disturbing then the last one...with the Brokeback Mountain spoof and certain other parts that contained nudity that I'd rather not remember

The theatre was pretty packed though, for a holiday, lol...but it was mostly scary people who were there

lol, so my friends and I are gonna be having a stupid quiz night in about 15 minutes. These nights just consist of us talking on MSN and taking the most stupid quizzes we can find on Quizilla. We also watch funny movies on YouTube too. Anyway, hopefully it'll be fun, I may post some of my answers I get if they're stupid enough to make it, lol. But for now, this is just a quiz I took out of boredom...

So, lol, I got an interview at Wendy's today, hopefully I get a job there....I really owe money now...thankies for helping me get it Kayci, hehe.

I kind of find it funny though, cuz today I had an interview in Careers, because that's part of our exam, a job interview, and I did terribly on it....yet the actual job I had a pretty good interview, I think so anyway, hehe.

Anyway, so yesterday I went to the Opera in Toronto with Erica, and it wasn't that great. I'm sure I would've appreciated it more if we had actually been able to see the subtitles. It was an Italian opera called 'Norma' so we didn't get it anyway, but I the music was nice. I wish I knew what had happened in the second half though....my eyes were kind of strained from trying to see the subtitles during the first act. We were in row ZZ, lol. Not a really great area to read from, but oh well, my eyes are better now.

So, another week gone by....again, not much happened. My life is boring.

I spent most of it working on a stupid Career's project called 'The Masterpiece Assignment.' Frig, Career's has to be the most pointless class ever, most of what we learn in it is just common sense, and it proves what little faith the government has in the youth of today. I mean, honestly, do we really need a whol class with an exam and everything that teaches us how to fill out job application forms?? Yeah, some people out there probably are idiots and need that, but generally speaking, most don't. At least this class only goes for half a semester, then we get switched to civics, which I hear is slightly better.

...So, I obviously changed my layout yet again....my third time in like, 2 weeks...but I think I will keep this one, I like it a lot.

Anyway, so, I know my blogs have been short and everything, but I'll do a nice long blog soon..I'm just a bit busy this week. Grrr...literacy test tomorrow...I wish we didn't have to take it...it's not that I will have problems on it, I just don't want to sit through a 3 hour test. But, I have to take it if I want to get my high school diploma.

Ugh, my mom is all angry about something again...it gets really annoying around a lot of the time now..this is where my sister gets it from. They mope all over the place and huff whenever they're angry, and then actually yell at anyone who just tries to talk to them. Now, I know everyone gets like that once in awhile, but what really angers me is that they yell at me saying I yell all the time and have a bad attitude. I do not, by the way, yell, I just get impatient sometimes with them and snap at them. They don't know what yelling is, people know when I yell. They always have a problem when I do this, yet they never are able to look at themselves and see that they do it too. And then when I suggest that they're like this also, they just take away more of my privelages. Well my mom does, but my sister often whines to my mom that I'm being mean by telling her the truth. So it's really not a battle I can win right now....anyway, I better get off now, certain people are getting cranky seeing me online, and it'll probably turn out ugly.

So I haven't really blogged much, mostly cuz I've been busy, and I don't really want to give this huge long account of my Europe trip when I already have quite a few times to family and friends. Anyway, so, nothing much interesting has been happening in my life...I feel so bored now after being away....I want to travel more *cries* Or at least have the summer come early....I'm tired of working.
